Description: Senior Art Director

Located in Jackson, Mississippi, GodwinGroup is a regional agency with regional and national clients that range from high concept to conservative brands. We're searching for a Senior Art Director who has the scope for both and recognizes that clients of every stripe deserve solid creative thinking. Who digs for meaningful ideas and knows how to present and explain them to clients. A Senior Art Director who not only generates great design but knows that ideas have to stretch from traditional to non-traditional to social media without losing their spark or integrity. • 5+ years agency experience
  
• Self starter with ability to juggle multiple projects
  
• Hands-on knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign. Dream Weaver wouldn't hurt either.
  
• Works well in collaborative environment, partnering with writers, other Art Directors, print and interactive production team members
  
• Able to work effectively with the account team to develop concepts and solutions that flow out of given objectives
  
• Confidence in presenting work and comfortable interacting with clients
  
• Team player that can check his or her ego at the door

POSITION: Web Developer/Designer

Successful candidate will have demonstratable experience designing and developing high end commercial websites. Fluent in Joomla, DruPal, HTML, php, and mySQL, with some Flash experience desired. Primary emphasis will be in the design and development of professional websites, including integration with social networking sites, mobile devices, online order processing, backend shipping/inventory control, etc. Willingness to work in a team to exceed customer expectations.
Beneficial experience in addition to the above, include some server management, Flex, basic networking, and UNIX administration.
